This is our Future! wow how wonderful all about the money!

Yea this is the future I want to live in, the good guys and the bad guys now which one are you?
Seems to me that there is a turn around for the youth of today knowing what is morally correct(right) and what is ethically(left) wrong, how do we teach kids today if we have a biased ideology and think that it is wrong to steal.  Well how about the robin hood scenario? is that really stealing? and why is that such a horrible thing to steal from people with bankrolls of cash?  I know the answers and I do act morally responsible but what about the future and if it all goes pear shaped some day these skills may be the great equalliser....what do you think?

Art and Engineering

This is the Nambour Weekly article that covered the collaboration of The Juggler, a 3 meter sculpture combining both wood and metal and brought together students skills in manual arts who worked with me on a journey of exploring art and the strangely different art process compared to the specifications and skill building exercises involved in Manual Arts practices. The students were immersed in the process of art as I brought in drawings and paintings that I did in my studio during the discovery of The Juggler.

This is something I am interested in taking to schools and challenging the students to think alternatively to the direct route of outcome based learning through lateral thinking processes.  The process of making art and combining objects through a constructivist method is exciting.  The work is potentially the most effective way of introducing math science technology and any discipline , philosophy is the big ticket if the schools open up to the idea...will be involved in the quest for potential clients, schools and educators interested. Stay tuned.

This masturbation that continues with the government refusing to stop the coal seam gas exploration on fertile land has me wondering what it will take to change the minds of the average Aussie.  I am continuing the protesting of what is the destruction of the rights of Australians to deny the drilling on their land, which tax paying landholders should have the right to say no.  I am joined by many who are diverse across many walks of life including the wealthy the poor and all those in between.  I call on each and every person who is concerned about the future of the land the water and the future of Australia to join the fight against coal seam gas. Stand up and act before it is too late.  These Cane Toads of Humanity must be eradicated before they populate to the point of toxic contamination, and irreversible devastation.  Stop the greed based society we are living in.  End the tyranny of Government control by the Corporations and those taking the payouts. It is enough.

Does Anyone Read this stuff? anyone?

Today I am waking up realising that the more you find out about the way things work in the real world, the more you really want to change things.  I am finding that the industry of petroleum coal and coal seam gas, along with the whole mining industry needs scrutiny or it will be mutiny with the people vs. the corporations sooner rather than later.  We are entering into a battle between our rights and our need for energy.  So how do we stop the eventual battle of us and them?  If we think that anything can be possible and I do....then action and intellect must be combined for a better tomorrow. We are facing energy and food shortages so instead of destroying one for the other, why not be smart rather than greedy and find a solution the whole planet can live with....not just in our back yard but the whole biosphere.  This is so cliche now that it is hard not to fall under mental illness when the same result comes from the same action and hoping against hope that something changes...Wake up and get active. Spending the dollar is the most valuable vote, and they are so frightened of what might happen if we all became more thrifty and sustainable.  Do not for one minute think that the gove wants us to be connecting on local levels that is why they take things away from us like the water, and the representation,. put those two things together and you can see this is fascism.
